Walking Dead Season 1 is FREE for Xbox Live Gold Members
From October 16 to October 31, 2015, Walking Dead Season 1 is free on Xbox One and Xbox 360 for Xbox Live Gold Members. You should be able to look it up on your consoles by going to the GOLD section, or by looking it up manually in the store. Alternatively, you can queue up the game on Xbox.com.
In case you missed it, Valiant Hearts: The Great War is still available for free on Xbox One.
Console Releases highly encourages people to download these free Xbox Live games. If you don’t have enough hard drive space, start the download and cancel it. This way you will be able to download it sometime in the future if you find more space. If you have the disc version of this game, claim your free digital copy and go trade your disc in!
If you don’t own an Xbox One yet and are a Gold member, go claim it on xbox.com or through the Xbox 360 dashboard Gold section. This way it will be available for you if or when you get your new console. Alternatively, you you only own an Xbox One, keep in mind that all Xbox 360 Gold offerings will be available to you via backwards compatibility this fall.
