Star Wars Battlefront Is Out Now for PS4, Xbox One, and PC
In case you missed it, the new Star Wars Battlefront game was released this week for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. It lets you play as your favorite Rebel and Empire characters in large scale multiplayer battles with up to 40 players, and co-op battles in familiar landscapes such as Hoth, Tatooine, and Endor. Whether you want to side with Luke Skywalker on the ground or in the air aboard an X-Wing, or play as a Stormtrooper manning an AT-AT, this game has something for Star Wars and shooter fans alike. One major downside to this game is that it does not include a single player campaign, and also this game doesn’t have any space battles either. There is also a $50 season pass available, which means that this game will have loads of additional content to be released sometime in the future, including tie-in maps and characters from the Force Awakens movie releasing in December, as well as content featuring the prequel movies.
Here is a list of iconic characters that will be controllable at launch:
- Luke Skywalker
- Princess Leia
- Han Solo
- Darth Vader
- Boba Fett
- Emporer Palpatine
Here’s a list of controllable vehicles at launch:
- Millennium Falcon
- X-Wing
- A-Wing
- Snowspeeder
- TIE Fighter
